Castleview Apartment in Inverness already had a website when we were contacted about a redevelopment. The client liked the overall styling, but was unable to to update the site as easily or promptly as was needed, and it performed very poorly in search engine results. As premium accommodation in the competitive Inverness area, it was vital that the site should look good and perform better.
We were asked to redevelop the site, basing the overall design look and feel on similar colourings and layout, but without the restriction of non-scrolling pages. In particular we were asked to build the site so the client could easily edit it on a day-by-day basis, and ensure that the page code and META code editing functions provided all of the tools for ensuring indexability by search engines.
We've provide a clean, new site with full online content management, and have carefully written META Title and Description text for each page to aid search engine rankings. Day-to-day maintenance, traffic monitoring and polishing of text and META information has now been taken over by the client, and we are confident that the news site will now perform much more effectively for them.
