Love to or loathe it, the NC500 has transformed the tourism business in the north of Scotland. 500 miles of comparatively empty road and stunning scenery has proved to be a huge attraction for well-heeled tourists, and the knock-on effect for accommodation providers and small retail business has been significant.
Wanting to get a slice of the action, a group of like-minded businesses just slightly off the beaten track from the NC500 decided to promote those areas on the fringes of the route by launching a new promotional website. They asked Plexus to design and build it for them. Yay!
