Jean McNiff is Professor of Educational Research at York St John University. Over the last decade her website had snowballed, collecting vast amounts of written work by Jean and others in the field of action research.
Plexus were tasked with creating a new website with a content management system and a logical navigation system, but which would not lose any of the large number of inbound links, both from other websites and from references in printed material. The system traps and records any missing file errors, and the CMS then allows permanent redirects to be added to the correct page or document, avoiding those errors in the future.
