Gallery 48 in Cromarty specialises in unusual and high quality crafts and gifts, as well as displaying a wide range of paintings prints and the artworks in its two upstairs gallery room.
A new business launched in 2015, the gallery has proved very popular, with customers form all parts of the country leaving very positive tripadvisor reviews. The proprietrix, Jane Dunn, is determined to continue to focus on the best hand-made crafts, ornaments and jewellery that she can, and has also expanded the shop stock to include splendid knitwear.
Originally relying on a custom-designed Spanglefish site, something bit more modern and flexible was deemed a requirement in late 2018, and Plexus were delighted to undertake the development using the WordPress platform.
The result is an elegant, simple and classy site that works well on all platforms – mobiles and desktops – and the WordPress CMS, whilst not as user-friendly as our own WebStarter CMS, allows for easy and quick updates to information, images and news stories.
