When we took over Red Kite Internet from Steve Ballantyne back in 2020, Highland Stoneware had been one of his clients for several years. Their current site was quite old by that point, and though Steve had modernised some aspects, it was clear that to enhance the customer experience, modernise the design, and increase security for online payments, a brand new build from the ground up was necessary.
The new site is slicker, faster, easier for customers to browse, and importantly, much easier for HS staff to manage. It also includes new and powerful built-in tools for managing their customers orders, shipping and product ‘favourites’.
